SolWise builds narrowly scoped AI agents for property management — one agent per problem, starting where the coordination actually breaks. Our writing comes from operators who have run turns, chased vendor confirmations, and watched AI pilots die at the exception layer.

SolWise started from a pattern we kept running into. The tool works fine in the demo, then hits a work order with no access code, a vendor who never confirmed, an exception nobody defined a path for. The team works around it once, then twice, then stops trusting it. Most AI pilots in property management fail at the handoff. The model is usually fine. The path for the exception was never built.

So we build the opposite: agents scoped to one job, that know what to do when the easy case isn’t the case in front of them. TurnOps.ai was the first. SolWise now maps 59 of them across 10 property management departments, each with a free walkthrough.

We write here and on LinkedIn about AI in property operations, in operator language rather than vendor language, and we cite the numbers with a source attached. If a study’s methodology is thin, we’ll say so.

What we write about

Vendor coordinationConfirmation gaps and the follow-up that keeps schedules from slipping.
Turn timeThe inspection-to-scope-to-dispatch handoff where days quietly disappear.
Exception handlingWhat AI workflows do when the easy case isn’t the case in front of them.
Where automation compoundsAnd where it just adds another dashboard to check.
